Service and payment
emdev4fun provides the software and product support. Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, handling payments, tax, billing and payment refunds. Purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts may receive one free trial, without a payment method or automatic conversion to a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually unless cancelled before the next renewal. Prices, tax and billing intervals are those confirmed at checkout; allowances and validity follow your account records. All products share account allowances; unused analysis uses do not roll over. Successful firmware analysis and vulnerability scans each consume a use; failures, cancellations and manual SBOM imports consume no analysis uses. Storage and other operations have separate plan limits.
Cancellation and access
Manage renewal in My subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and is not a refund. Payment problems, expiry, refunds or chargebacks may restrict or end access. Keep your own copies of important materials; this service does not replace backups.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to process submitted materials and protect your account. The software is proprietary: do not resell, share licences, bypass limits or abuse the service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. You retain rights to your inputs and results and permit us to process them to provide the service. We may restrict or suspend access for violations, fraud or use that threatens service security.
Results and liability
Results assist your assessment and are not legal advice, conformity assessment, certification or a security guarantee. You must independently review them and are responsible for your decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee complete or error-free results or uninterrupted service, and exclude indirect losses, lost profits and business interruption losses. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you actually paid for it during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
